Abstract
Se divulga un procedimiento para la producción de un producto de plomo blando purificado, que comprende a) una primera etapa (200) de destilación para destilar plomo a partir de una mezcla (6) de soldadura fundida para producir como parte superior una primera corriente (7) de plomo concentrada y como primer producto (8) de la parte inferior una mezcla de estaño crudo fundido, y b) una etapa (700) de refinación de plomo blando para eliminar al menos un contaminante seleccionado de arsénico, estaño y/o antimonio desde la primera corriente de plomo concentrada al tratar la corriente a una temperatura de menos de 600°C con una primera base (24) y un primer oxidante (25) más fuerte que el aire, lo que resulta en la formación de una tercera espuma (26) sobrenadante que contiene un compuesto de metalato del contaminante, seguido por la separación de la tercera espuma (26) sobrenadante de la corriente de plomo blando purificado o producto (27), por lo cual la tercera espuma (26) sobrenadante de la etapa (b) contiene a lo sumo 1,0 % en peso de cloro.
