Abstract
Se divulga un sistema y método de transporte y posicionamiento, que se aplica en el campo técnico del transporte en la industria automotriz y comprende una máquina de rodillos, un carro de transporte y un controlador inteligente de frecuencia variable, en donde el carro de transporte está provisto de un reflector; la máquina de rodillos está provista de un mecanismo de accionamiento y un sensor de distancia; y, el mecanismo de accionamiento comprende un motor de accionamiento controlado por el controlador inteligente de frecuencia variable y un codificador giratorio capaz de retroalimentar la información de velocidad de rotación del motor de accionamiento al controlador inteligente de frecuencia variable. En la presente invención, con el controlador inteligente de frecuencia variable, leyendo la información de posición realimentada por el sensor de distancia y la información de velocidad de rotación realimentada por el codificador giratorio, la información precisa de control de frecuencia de tensión se emite por operación interna para controlar la velocidad de rotación del motor de accionamiento, de modo que se realiza un modo de control de doble circuito cerrado del sistema de transporte y posicionamiento. En la presente invención, un transporte rápido, posicionamiento preciso y un funcionamiento estable del carro de transporte pueden lograrse por las soluciones técnicas en el modo de control de doble circuito cerrado, y el costo es bajo.
