Abstract
Un método de fabricación de un núcleo apilado incluye: un primer paso de formar un primer agujero piloto en una placa de metal tipo tira por medio de un primer punzón; un segundo paso, en un estado en el cual se inserta un primer pasador piloto en el primer agujero piloto para posicionar la placa de metal, de trabajar una porción predeterminada de la placa de metal por medio de un segundo punzón, y de ajustar a presión una porción trabajada de la placa de metal que es trabajada por medio del segundo punzón en la placa de metal; un tercer paso de formar un segundo agujero piloto en la placa de metal por medio de un tercer punzón, después del segundo paso y antes de que se lleve a cabo otro trabajo en la placa de metal; y un cuarto paso de troquelar una región que incluye la porción trabajada por medio de un cuarto punzón para formar un primer miembro troquelado, en un estado en el cual se inserta un segundo pasador piloto en el segundo agujero piloto para posicionar la placa de metal, después del tercer paso.
