Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an iron core from decreasing accuracy between each station, by forming an inserting hole of a pilot pin, a machinery reference, immediately before a block is machined. At the same time, in the first station the inserting hole 11-1 of the next pilot pin is formed in punching the same prepared hole 12 at the center position to be formed. In this way, the accumulation of mutual positional error between the inserting hole of the pin along with the movement of station and the shape of work can be prevented.
