Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent an iron core from decreasing accuracy between each station, by forming an inserting hole of a pilot pin, a machinery reference, immediately before a block is machined. CONSTITUTION:In the first step of the first block, an inserting hole 11-1 of a pilot pin is formed in punching a prepared hole 12 forming the inside circumference of an iron core to the center position to be formed. In the second step a band steel plate C as the material is delivered to the second station, where a pilot pin 11-2' is inserted into the inserting hole 11-1. With this insertion eight grooves 13 are punched to form in this station. At the same time, in the first station the inserting hole 11-1 of the next pilot pin is formed in punching the same prepared hole 12 at the center position to be formed. In this way, the accumulation of mutual positional error between the inserting hole of the pin along with the movement of station and the shape of work can be prevented.
