Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the piling up work of cores for the subject rotor by a method wherein a stud and bolt hole method is used for a reamer bolt and the processing or reamer hole is unnecessitated. CONSTITUTION:First, when fan-shaped steel plates are piled up, a conductor 6 and a jig 6a of the same type are inserted in a plurality of points on the cirfumference of the steel plates, the steel plates are piled up using the jig 6a as a guide, the stud 10 is inserted in the bolt hole 9, and a core is tightened through the intermediary of a press-plate. Then, the conductor 6 is driven into the slot 7, a cylindrical core is shirnkage-fitted to a shaft 1, and subsequently, a short-circuit ring 8 is joined on to the terminal part of the conductor 6. Accordingly, as the cores are piled up and joined together and tightened by the bolt hole and the stud using the slot as a guide, the cores can be piled up easily and also the processing of reamer hole can be unnecessitated.
