Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of winding work by piling ring-wise cores which are provided with slits in their sides and passing a multiplicity of the winding units through the slits of cores. CONSTITUTION:A multiplicity of the ring-wise cores 18a to 18c with slits 17a to 17c is coaxially piled up so that the respective slits 17a to 17c coincide with each other. After this, a multiplicity of the winding units 15 is installed on the core through the slit, the units are placed at approximately equal distances. Next the cores are shifted so that the respective slits are arranged at equal distances, the cores and the winding units are fixed to each other. By this way, the efficiency of winding work for the stator of motor can be improved greately, the productivity can be enhanced without a special winding.
