Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatize the process from winding to insertion and to improve the working efficiency by composing a spool of a main blade for inserting the coil and an auxiliary plate and form the coil, and by inserting the coil into the slot together with a wedge that is automatically fed.
CONSTITUTION: Four auxiliary plates for each side 26, 32 are provided to the outside of plural main blades 18 that are annularly arranged. First, the spool is composed of two or more of the main blades 18 and one auxiliary plate 26, the flyer 51 is turned to form the coil.
