Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the manufacture of a core for a motor, by using the connecting part of stator plates as a coil core.
CONSTITUTION: Stator plates 2, 4 have stator poles 2a∼2d, 4a∼4d to surround rotor poles and are integrated with each other by a connecting part 10. The plates 2,4 are coupled to a connecting plate 40 at positioning holes 20, 22, 24. The connecting part 10 is then cut off the stator plates 2, 4. The cut-off connecting part 10 is secured on the stator plates 2, 4 so that the tapped holes of the connecting part 10 coincide with those 6, 8 of the stator plates 2, 4 and the connecting part 10 is used as a coil core as it is.
