Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When the windings are incorporated in the stator core 10 that has a multiplicity of slots in its inside, the cylindrical jig 20 that has grooves 22 in the locations corresponding to the respective slots of the stator core 10 is prepared, the windings 30 are provided to the inside of the grooves. After completion of the winding, the jig 20 is inserted into the hollow part of the stator core 10, the groove 22 are made opposite to the slots 12, the inserting arrows 23 provided to the bottoms of the grooves are moved in the direction parallel to the slots 12 to incorporate the windings 30 into the slots 12. After this, a proper jig is applied to the concave 11a formed on the tip end of the stator core tooth 11 to open both projections of the concave to the both sides, while the slots are closed to secure the windings 30.
