Abstract
PURPOSE: To keep precision of the inner diameter at the widing bundle and to make the protruding length uniform by a method wherein the coil ends are formed with insertion of the conical die into the one opening end of the stator core and a lot of corresponding fluked die which is inserted into the another opening.
CONSTITUTION: The stator core 1 is fixed with the first and second clamp 11, 12. The inserting die 23 which has a lot of grooves at the top is inserted into a opening end of the stator core and is protruded from another opening end. After a lot of fluked dies 52 are inserted into this end and associated into the grooves of the die 23, the winding bundle 2a, 2b is shaped between the die and the inner part of the clamp 11, 12 by extension of the fluked die top. Next the fluked die is removed, same process is performed after the revolution of 1/2 pitch and the final work is making protruding length uniform by means of presure die 60.
