Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated core having desired characteristics easily by a mechanism wherein several kinds of punching plates, shapes of slots thereof differ each other, are prepared, and the plates are each united by means of V-shaped projections, combined in necessary forms and pressed, and the core is produced. CONSTITUTION:Partial cores are manufactured in such a manner that plural kinds of punching plates 2, shapes of slots thereof differ each other, are prepared, and V-shaped projections 7 each formed at appropriate locations are fitted and united. A purality of partial cores are combined conforming to characteristics needed, pressed from the axial direction to fit the V-shaped projections 7, and incorporated as a pair of core. When cores cousing low noises having excellent characteristics are requied cores 5 with semienclosed slots and cores 6 with totally-enclosed slots are combined. Thus, a laminated core can rapidly answer to 1 the design requirement of every kind, and time necessary for manufacture can be shortened.
