Abstract
PURPOSE:To blank iron core plates with a good yield without reducing the sectional area by blanking the inner diameter section thereof along the outer diameter section in such a manner that the outer diameter end of the iron core plate bites into the inner diameter section of an adjacent sector-shaped cor plate. CONSTITUTION:When the sector-shaped rion core plate 2 is blanked from a belt- shaped core material 1 in sequence ajoining the inner diameter with outer diameter sections thereof, it is done in such a manner that both ends of the outer diameter of a core plate 2b bites into both inner diameter ends 5 of an adjacent core plate 2a. The inner diameter of the core place is blanked at the center 6 with an bulged section 7 provided along the outer diameter section 8 thereof. In the lamination of the iron plates, they are deviates alternately by half from each other. This permits the bitten section 5 and the bulged section 7 to be laid one upon another in the inner diameter section thereby improving the yield of the iron core material 1 without reducing the core sectional area.
