Abstract
PURPOSE:To save reinforcing material and to obtain a coil device which has a grading structure and is facile for manufacturing and connection by a method wherein a thickness perpendicular to a radius of a coil body is varied as the distance from the axial line of the coil body increases. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing plate 51 which is made to form a circle and made of stainless steel etc., and on both surfaces of this reinforcing plate 51 striped grooves of a constant width 61-65 and 71-75 which is formed to have a constant space in radial direction and to be deeper gradually as they proceed nearer to the center of a coil are fabricated. By conductors 83 which are composed of superconductive wires 81 and their stabilizing mother materials 82 being buried into each groove to have insulating materials between them a element of a coil body is fabricated. By a specified number of these coil elements being laminated the superconductive coil device which has the grading structure is built, and saving of reinforcing materials is attained, and its manufacture and connection is facilitated.
