Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive to economize a material to be used without reducing the characteristic of a stator core when blanking plates are to be extracted in lines of the plural number from a steel plate for core by a method wherein the blanking plates in the respective lines are shifted by the half pitch, and the plates are extracted in arrangement as to make the convex parts and the concave parts to engage with each other. CONSTITUTION:When the blanking plates 16 are to be extracted in lines of the plural number from the steel plate for core, the shape of the blanking plates 16 is formed in the shape surrounded with the long sides 17 and the short sides 18, and moreover with the straight lines 19 having the half length of the short sides 18 and extending from the long sides 17 in parallel with the short sides 18, and with the oblique sides 20 extending from the straight lines 19 over the short sides 18. The blanking plates 16 in the respective lines are shifted by the half pitch, and blanking is performed as to make the short sides 18 and the straight lines 19 of the adjoining blanking plates 16 to come in contact with each other. Accordingly the material to be used can be reduced only by reducing the area at the ear parts 14 having no influence on the electric characteristic of core.
