Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase a cooling effect without using a separae member for forming a ventilation flue by a method wherein a stator frame is applied a plastic work to form a plurality of lines of the ventilation flues extending in an axial direction, and a stator iron core is fixed in a trough formed between the ventilation flues. CONSTITUTION:The stator frame 3 is applied with the plastic work such as a bulging work to form ventilation flues 22 in plural lines extending in the axial direction. The ventilation flues have effective lengths l0 longer than a length l1 of the stator iron core 2 in the axial direction and are formed so as to have the full length l not extending to a faucet parts 17 for coupling endbrackets 18 at the both ends. The stator iron core 2 is fitted inside the stator frame 3, and the stator frame 3 and the stator iron core 2 are fixed by means of welding in the trough 23 formed between the respecrive ventilation flues 22. In such a way, spacers for forming the ventilation flues are not required to be provided and at the same time, a ventilation rate increases.
