Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling work of a rotor for a rotary electric machine by forming a through hole at a laminated iron core in an axial direction, temporarily tightening a bolt, immersing varnish thereinto, press-fitting a shaft therein to, then removing the bolt, and thus readily executing the removing work of the temporarily tightened member. CONSTITUTION:An end plate 4 is allowed to contact with both ends of the rotor iron core 2 formed by laminated iron plates, a bolt 6 is inserted then into a hole perforated axially such as a vent hole, and is temporarily tightened with a nut 7. A field winding is wound on the iron core, and varnish is immersed within the varnish immersing tank. Thereafter, a shaft is press-fitted into the center of the iron core 2, and the bolt 6 and the nut 7 thus temporarily tightened are removed. Thus, the assembling work can be simplifed as compared with the work using the temporary shaft.
