Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the working process of the subject rotor without reducing the accuracy in uniformity of lamination of rotor core by a method wherein a thin iron plate having radial notches on the circumference of the shaft hole is provided on the suitable region in the laminating-direction at both end sections of a core. CONSTITUTION:A thin iron plate 5 having the radial-directioned notch 4 at several places on the circumference of the shaft hole 3 and the hole diameter which is a little smaller than that of the thin iron plate 1 having no notch, and a thin iron plate 1 having no notch, the thin iron plate 1 without notch at the shaft hole is laminated on a rotating shaft 7 and the thin iron plate 5 with the notch at the shaft hole is laminated on both end section for the several-millimeter-thickness in laminating- direction. Then, a rotor bar 8, an end ring 9 and a cooling fin 10 are formed into one unitary body by die casting using the conductive material such as aluminum and the like. Then a temporary shaft is pulled out, a permanent shaft is inserted in one process and the rotor is completed.
