Abstract
Se proporciona un método para fabricar un componente sinterizado, el cual puede suprimir la aparición de astillado de borde cuando se forma un orificio pasante en un cuerpo verde de polvo compactado y también tiene una buena productividad. El método para fabricar un componente sinterizado incluye una etapa de moldeo para moldear por presión una materia prima en polvo que contiene un polvo metálico y, de este modo, fabricar un cuerpo verde de polvo compactado; una etapa de perforación para formar un orificio en el cuerpo verde de polvo compactado usando una broca; una etapa de sinterización para sinterizar el cuerpo verde de polvo compactado después de la perforación, en donde la broca utilizada para perforar tiene un filo de corte de forma de arco circular en una porción de punta de la misma.
