Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una materia prima mejorada para un procedimiento de fabricacion en 3D, en particular un procedimiento de fabricacion de filamentos fundidos; la materia prima comprende (P) particulas sinterizables hechas de metal, aleación metalica, vidrio, material ceramico, o una mezcla de los mismos; y (B) una composicion aglutinante que comprende (b1) 5 a 15% en peso, con respecto al peso total de la composicion aglutinante, de un compatibilizador polimerico, y (b2) 85 a 95% en peso, con respecto al peso total de la composicion aglutinante, de un componente de aglutinante polimerico, seleccionandose el componente de aglutinante polimerico del grupo que consiste en (b2-1) una mezcla de polimeros o una aleacion de polimeros, la mezcla o aleacion que comprende al menos un primer y un segundo polimero, la Tg del primer polimero es de -20°C o menos y la Tg del segundo polimero es de 60°C o mas; (b2-2) uno, dos o mas copolimeros de bloque, que comprenden al menos un primer bloque de polimero y un segundo bloque de polimero, el primer bloque de polimero que tiene una Tg en el intervalo de -20°C o inferior y el segundo bloque de polimero que tiene una Tg de 60°C o superior; y (b2-3) mezclas de (b2-1) y (b2-2); en donde la cantidad de particulas sinterizables (P) es de 40% en volumen o mas de la composicion.
