Abstract
Se proporciona un calentador con quemador de tipo inmersión y un horno de mantenimiento de metal fundido, que pueden proporcionar un alto coeficiente de transferencia de calor y pueden permitir reducir la temperatura del gas de escape. El calentador con quemador de tipo inmersión de la presente invención incluye un tubo de protección de calentador 2 que se instala con el fin de penetrar una pared de horno o una tapa superior del horno de mantenimiento de metal fundido con su extremo de punta cerrándose, un miembro cilíndrico interno 3 que se dispone dentro del tubo de protección de calentador con el fin de definir un pasaje de flujo de combustión S entre el tubo de protección de calentador y él mismo con su lado de extremo de punta abriéndose y su interior sirviendo como pasaje de flujo de gas de escape, y una parte de quemador de gas 4 para abastecer gas combustible y aire al pasaje de flujo de combustión, en donde una parte de proyección que se extiende helicoidalmente 2a se proporciona sobre por lo menos una de la superficie periférica externa del miembro cilíndrico interno y la superficie periférica interna del tubo de protección de calentador, en una posición que se encuentra más cerca de su lado de extremo de punta que de la parte que penetra la pared de horno o la tapa superior.
