Abstract

Un método para obtener cristales de una solución madre opera de manera que la solución madre se alimenta en un dispositivo de cristalización. La supersaturación de la solución madre es provocada por el control de circuito abierto y/o cerrado de la temperatura (?). Los cristales semilla se agregan a la solución madre en un punto de siembra (Sp). Los cristales semilla se hacen crecer como núcleos por el control del proceso de circuito cerrado continuo y se remueven finalmente del método como cristales. Se forma el rendimiento del producto. La formación de núcleos de cristal en la solución madre es contrarrestada por las etapas en el control del proceso de circuito cerrado. Durante el control del proceso de circuito cerrado y el procedimiento de cristalización, la posición del límite (M) de la formación de núcleos secundarios se determina utilizando sensores que detectan datos actualmente, en donde la posición del límite (M) se establece como un valor de la concentración (c) y la temperatura (?) de estos datos. Esta posición determinada del límite (M) de la formación de núcleos de cristal se utiliza como la base para el control del proceso de circuito cerrado de la cristalización.
