Abstract

Problema: Proporcionar un dispositivo de eyección de material líquido en el cual pueda acelerarse de manera eficiente un émbolo, el centro de gravedad del dispositivo pueda colocarse a un nivel inferior, y pueda obtenerse una satisfactoria capacidad de mantenimiento, y un aparato de aplicación que incorpora el dispositivo de eyección de material líquido. Solución: el dispositivo de eyección de material líquido incluye una cámara de líquido que se comunica con un puerto de eyección y que se abastece con un material líquido, incluyendo un émbolo una porción de punta que tiene un diámetro menor que la cámara de líquido y se mueve hacia atrás y hacia el frente en la cámara de líquido, impulsando un miembro elástico hacia arriba al émbolo, colocada una extremidad en un estado que se extiende en una dirección substancialmente horizontal, sirviendo un eje impulsor de extremidad como una fuente motriz para operar la extremidad, y un miembro base sobre el cual se coloca el eje impulsor de extremidad, en donde el dispositivo de eyección de material líquido incluye además una unidad de mecanismo de vaivén conectada al eje impulsor de extremidad y sosteniendo en vaivén a la extremidad, el eje impulsor de extremidad incluye una pluralidad de propulsores colocados en una dirección longitudinal de la extremidad, la extremidad incluye una porción de presión que oprime hacia abajo al émbolo, el émbolo incluye una porción de contacto oprimida por la porción de presión, y el émbolo se mueve linealmente de manera recíproca con el movimiento de vaivén de la extremidad. El aparato de aplicación incorpora el dispositivo de eyección de material líquido.
