Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a partículas que comprenden al menos una red gelificada de al menos un polisacárido gelificante en el que están incrustados al menos: - un alimento a base de caviar; - un agente para reforzar la red gelificada del polisacárido gelificante y que es resistente al alcohol; y agua, preferiblemente agua purificada.
