Abstract
La presente invención proporciona moléculas multivalentes que se enlazan a CD20, y composiciones de las mismas, tales como composiciones enriquecidas que comprenden grandes proporciones de la molécula multivalente que se enlaza a CD20 en relación con la molécula monovalente que se enlaza a CD20. Ciertas moléculas multivalentes que se enlazan a CD20 de la presente invención comprenden: 1) dos o más regiones de enlace a CD20, y 2) una o más regiones del polipéptido efector de la toxina Shiga derivadas a partir de una subunidad A de un miembro de la familia de la toxina Shiga. Ciertas moléculas multivalentes que se enlazan a CD20 de la presente invención, y las composiciones de las mismas, tienen usos para la aniquilación selectiva de tipos específicos de células y como productos terapéuticos para el tratamiento de una variedad de enfermedades, incluyendo cánceres, tumores, y trastornos inmunológicos. Ciertas moléculas multivalentes que se enlazan a CD20 de la presente invención, y las composiciones de las mismas, tienen usos para suministrar agentes hacia adentro de las células que expresan CD20, incluyendo para el marcado intracelular de las células que expresan CD20, la recolección de la información de diagnóstico, y el monitoreo del tratamiento de una variedad de enfermedades, tales como cánceres, tumores, y trastornos inmunológicos que involucren a las células que expresan CD20.
