Abstract

Esta descripción se refiere a un proceso continuo de polimerización en solución en donde la velocidad de producción es incrementada. El solvente de proceso, el etileno, los comonómeros opcionales, el hidrógeno opcional y una formulación de catalizador de sitio único son inyectados dentro de un primer reactor formando un primer interpolímero de etileno. El solvente de proceso, el etileno, los comonómeros opcionales, el hidrógeno opcional y una formulación de catalizador heterogéneo son inyectados dentro de un segundo reactor formando un segundo interpolímero de etileno. El primero y segundo reactores pueden ser configurados en los modos en serie o paralelo de operación. Opcionalmente, un tercer interpolímero de etileno es formado en un tercer reactor opcional, en donde una formulación de catalizador heterogéneo opcional puede ser empleada.
