Abstract
Un generador de espacio potencial de acuerdo con la presente invención incluye un transformador formado conectando magnéticamente a una bobina primaria y una bobina secundaria, un circuito de control de realimentación de una terminal de la bobina secundaria a una terminal de la bobina primaria para ajustar el voltaje de la bobina secundaria, una porción de control de salida prevista en la otra terminal de la bobina secundaria para impartir la vibración de baja frecuencia a una salida de la bobina secundaria, un descargador de electricidad estática formada de un material conductor y proporcionado en la otra terminal de la bobina secundaria a través de la parte de control de salida, el generador de espacio potencial no tiene un electrodo de puesta a tierra, una corriente débil que fluye a través de la bobina secundaria que es de 0.002 a 0.2 A, el descargador de la electricidad estática se cubre con un elemento aislante para descargar la electricidad estática predeterminada para el espacio circundante, y el campo eléctrico de voltaje objetivo se forma en el espacio rodeado por la electricidad estática descargada.
