Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con éteres de celulosa esterificados que tienen i) como grupos éster, grupos acilo alifáticos monovalentes o una combinación de grupos acilo alifáticos monovalentes y grupos de la fórmula: -C(O)-R-COOA, en donde R es un grupo de hidrocarburo aromático o alifático divalente y A es hidrógeno o un catión, ii) un peso molecular promedio ponderal Mw de 80,000 Dalton a 220,000 Dalton, iii) una polidispersidad Mw/Mn de 1.3 a 4.0, y iv) una Mz/Mn de no más de 18.5, cuando el peso molecular promedio ponderal Mw, el peso molecular promedio numérico Mn y el peso molecular promedio z Mz se miden por SEC-MALLS usando como fase móvil una mezcla producida de 40 partes en volumen de acetonitrilo y 60 partes en volumen de amortiguador acuoso que contiene NaH2PO4 50 mM y NaNO3 0.1 M, son útiles como polímeros entéricos para las formas de dosificación farmacéutica.
