Abstract

[Objetivo] Contemplar un dispositivo de bloqueo para bloquear una varilla de movimiento lineal de manera que el dispositivo de bloqueo tenga una estructura simplificada y un tamaño pequeño al modificar en forma racional una estructura del diseño; [solución] un cuerpo de dispositivo de bloqueo incluye un elemento de freno que sujeta la varilla para bloquear la varilla, un pistón que abre por presión un par de secciones de soporte de presión del elemento de freno utilizando un elemento de expansión para desbloquear la varilla, y un elemento de operación para operar manualmente el pistón, el elemento de operación incluye un eje roscado en un agujero de tornillo del cuerpo de dispositivo de bloqueo, una placa de presión formada en un extremo del eje y ubicada en la cámara de presión, y un elemento de sellado colocado en la placa de presión, en donde, cuando el eje está roscado en la posición de liberación de bloqueo, el extremo de operación pasa a un estado no extendido mientras que la placa de presión desplaza el pistón a la posición de liberación de bloqueo y, cuando el eje es roscado de regreso a la posición de bloqueo, el extremo de operación se extiende desde el agujero de tornillo al exterior mientras que el elemento de sellado de la placa de presión sella el agujero de tornillo para aislar el agujero de tornillo contra la cámara de presión.
