Claims (4)
- 直線状の第1の溝部を有するガイド部材と、
前記ガイド部材に対して直線的にスライド可能であり、前記第1の溝部に対向する直線状の第2の溝部を有するスライド部材と、
前記第1の溝部と前記第2の溝部によって構成される案内溝に配置された複数の転動体と、を備え、
前記第1の溝部又は前記第2の溝部には、前記案内溝からの前記転動体の離脱を阻止するストッパが溶接によって固定されており、
前記スライド部材は板状部材であり、
前記ストッパは前記第2の溝部に配置され、
前記スライド部材は、平板状のベース部と、前記ベース部の幅方向の両端から前記ベース部の厚さ方向に突出するサイド部とを有し、
前記サイド部の各々の内面に前記第2の溝部が設けられ、
前記第2の溝部は、前記サイド部の前記内面に対して凹むとともに、前記サイド部の他の部位よりも肉厚の薄い部分であり、
前記ストッパの、前記第2の溝部の底部に接する側とは反対側の側面は、平坦に形成されている、
ことを特徴とするガイド機構。 - 直線状の第1の溝部を有するガイド部材と、
前記ガイド部材に対して直線的にスライド可能であり、前記第1の溝部に対向する直線状の第2の溝部を有するスライド部材と、
前記第1の溝部と前記第2の溝部によって構成される案内溝に配置された複数の転動体と、を備えたガイド機構の製造方法であって、
前記第1の溝部又は前記第2の溝部にストッパを押し当てた状態で、前記第1の溝部又は前記第2の溝部と前記ストッパとを抵抗溶接により接合する溶接工程を含む、
ことを特徴とするガイド機構の製造方法。 - 請求項2記載のガイド機構の製造方法において、
前記溶接工程では、前記ガイド部材又は前記スライド部材と、前記ストッパとを電極間で挟んで加圧した状態で通電する、
ことを特徴とするガイド機構の製造方法。 - 請求項2又は3記載のガイド機構の製造方法において、
前記溶接工程では、球状の前記ストッパを接合する、
ことを特徴とするガイド機構の製造方法。
