Abstract

La invención se refiere a métodos para preparar ribósido de nicotinamida y sus derivados. En un aspecto, la invención se refiere a un método para preparar un compuesto de la fórmula (I), en donde n es 0 o 1; m es 0 o 1; Y es O o S; R1 se selecciona entre H, alquilo sustituido o no sustituido, arilo sustituido o no sustituido, amino primario o secundario sustituido o no sustituido, y azido sustituido o no sustituido; R2-R5, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, se seleccionan cada uno independientemente entre H, alquilo sustituido o no sustituido, alquilo sustituido o no sustituido, alquilo sustituido o no sustituido y arilo sustituido no sustituido; y X es un anión, seleccionado de un anión de un ácido carboxílico sustituido o no sustituido, un haluro, un sulfonato sustituido o no sustituido, un fosfato sustituido o no sustituido, un sulfato sustituido o no sustituido, un carbonato sustituido o no sustituido, y un carbamato sustituido o no sustituido.
