Abstract
La presente invención proporciona polímeros novedosos que tienen funcionalidad quelante y que comprenden unidades derivadas de un monómero de aminocarboxilato insaturado etilénicamente el cual comprende unidades derivadas de ácido etilendiaminotriacético o su sal y un monómero de vinilo polimerizable. El monómero de vinilo polimerizable puede seleccionarse a partir de (0-, m-, p-)DVBMO, éter alilglicidílico, y (met)acrilato de glicidilo. El polímero también puede comprender unidades derivadas de uno o más monómeros etilénicamente insaturados.
