Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un freno de disco para un vehículo industrial teniendo una pinza de freno (1) en forma de una pinza flotante, que comprende un disco de freno (3) y en la cual unas guarniciones de freno (5, 4) están dispuestas en el lado de aplicación y en el lado de reacción y pueden ser apretadas contra ambas caras del disco de freno (3) por medio de un dispositivo de aplicación (8) durante el frenado. La guarnición de freno (4) en el lado de reacción se apoya en una pared (2) posterior de la pinza de freno (1) mediante una placa de soporte de guarnición (6) portando un forro de fricción (7), y un intersticio está formado en una posición no aplicada en una región opuesta a una abertura de montaje (11) de la pinza de freno (1) entre la pared (2) posterior de la pinza de freno (1) y la guarnición de freno (4) en el lado de reacción, siendo este intersticio más ancho que la región adyacente y correspondiendo la longitud del intersticio referido al menos a la longitud (L) de la superficie de apoyo de la pared (2) en la placa de soporte de guarnición (6) al aplicarla, siendo dispuesto el freno de disco de manera tal que el intersticio es formado por medio de al menos una entalladura (9) en la placa de soporte de guarnición (6), siendo integrada la entalladura referida en la cara (12) posterior plana que se extiende en paralelo a la cara (13) que porta el forro de fricción (7), extendiéndose la entalladura (9) a una distancia de los cantos de la placa de soporte de guarnición (6) que delimita los lados longitudinales.
