Claims (3)
- 商用車の浮動キャリパ型ディスクブレーキであって、
ブレーキディスク(4)と、
該ブレーキディスク(4)の両側に配置されたパッドチャネルを備える、前記ブレーキディスク(4)を跨いで延在するブレーキ支持体(3)と、
前記ブレーキディスク(4)を跨いでいて、前記ブレーキ支持体(3)に対して相対的に摺動可能なブレーキキャリパ(2)と、
前記ブレーキディスク(4)の両側で前記ブレーキ支持体(3)のパッドチャネル内に配置されていて、ライニング支持プレート(51,61)と、該ライニング支持プレート(51,61)に取り付けられた摩擦ライニング(52,62)とを備えるブレーキパッド(5,6)と
を有し、
作動側のブレーキパッド(5)が、作動装置(7)によって前記ブレーキディスク(4)に向かって押圧可能であり、反作用側のブレーキパッド(6)が、前記ブレーキキャリパ(2)の摺動によりブレーキキャリパ背部(21)によって前記ブレーキディスク(4)に向かって押圧可能であり、
前記ブレーキキャリパ(2)が、調整装置によって摩耗調整変位量だけ前記ブレーキディスク(4)の回転軸線に対して軸方向に調整可能である、浮動キャリパ型ディスクブレーキにおいて、
新品の状態における前記摩擦ライニング(52,62)の容積が等しいままで、反作用側の前記ブレーキパッド(6)の摩擦ライニング厚さ(dR)が、作動側の前記ブレーキパッド(5)の前記摩擦ライニング厚さ(dZ)よりも小さく形成されており、
前記ブレーキディスク(4)の、より小さな前記摩擦ライニング厚さ(d R ,d Z )を備える前記ブレーキパッド(5,6)の側における摩擦リング厚さ(41,42)が、前記ブレーキディスク(4)の、より大きな前記摩擦ライニング厚さ(d R ,d Z )を備える前記ブレーキパッド(5,6)の側における摩擦リング厚さ(41,42)よりも小さく形成されていることを特徴とする、浮動キャリパ型ディスクブレーキ。 - 前記ブレーキキャリパ(2)の前記摩耗調整変位量が、より小さな前記摩擦ライニング厚さ(dR,dZ)を備える前記ブレーキパッド(5,6)のより小さな前記摩擦ライニング厚さ(dR)に適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の浮動キャリパ型ディスクブレーキ。
- 前記ブレーキ支持体(3)の反作用側の前記パッドチャネルに対する、前記ブレーキディスク(4)の、反作用側の前記パッドチャネルに面した摩擦リング面(42)の間隔が、前記ブレーキ支持体(3)の作動側の前記パッドチャネルに対する、前記ブレーキディスク(4)の、作動側の前記パッドチャネルに面した摩擦リング面(41)の間隔よりも小さいように、前記ブレーキディスク(4)が前記ブレーキ支持体(3)のブレーキディスク用開口内に位置決めされていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2記載の浮動キャリパ型ディスクブレーキ。
