Abstract
La invención se relaciona a un método para producir una lámina delgada de aluminio (1) y a una lámina delgada de aluminio con características de seguridad integradas (6). Una lámina delgada de aluminio (4) se lamina a un espesor de menor que 150 µm en múltiples pasos de laminación en frío, y simultáneamente una textura (5a, 5b) que corre en la dirección de laminación se produce sobre ambas caras (4a, 4b) de la lámina delgada de aluminio. Un compuesto suelto (8) se forma de por lo menos dos de las láminas delgadas de aluminio (4), y el compuesto se alimenta en un par de rodillos de trabajo (9) en un paso de laminación en frío final, en donde la estructura superficial similar a relieve (11a) que se produce en la dirección de laminación por medio de un proceso de pulido se ha reducido por 10 a 50% con respecto a la altura de la aspereza promedio en una región (6) en una manera dependiente de contraste y motivo en por lo menos una superficie del rodillo (11) a fin de formar un motivo para una característica de seguridad (6). La característica de seguridad se transfiere sobre la cara de la lámina delgada de aluminio (2a) que se orienta a la superficie del rodillo, y el compuesto suelto (8) de las láminas delgadas de aluminio (1, 4´) luego se separa.
