Claims (10)
- 統合されたセキュリティ機能(6)を有するアルミフォイル(1)を製造するための方法であって、アルミフォイル(4)を、冷間圧延の数回のパスで、150μm未満の厚さに圧延し、同時に、前記アルミフォイルの両方の表面側(4a,4b)に、圧延方向に延びているテクスチャ(5a,5b)を形成し、これらのアルミフォイル(4)のうちの少なくとも2つから、緩い複合体(8)を形成し、該緩い複合体を、冷間圧延の最後のパスで、作業ロール対(9)に供給し、該作業ロール対では、少なくとも1つのロール表面(11)上に、研削によって圧延方向に作られたレリーフ状の表面構造(11a)が、セキュリティ機能(6)のためのモチーフ(6´)を形成するべく、コントラストおよびモチーフに従って、平均粗さに対し10ないし50%の範囲で、減少され、前記モチーフを、前記アルミフォイルの、前記ロール表面に向いた表面側(2a)に転写し、その後、前記アルミフォイル(1,4´)の前記緩い複合体(8)を分離する。
- 前記冷間圧延の最後のパスを、閉じた噛み込み部(9´)で実行し、かつ、ストライベック曲線を用いて摩擦係数、圧延油の動的粘度、圧延速度および圧延圧力というパラメータによって定められた混合摩擦領域を、調整すること、および、同時に、前記閉じた噛み込み部(9´)において、前記アルミフォイル(4)へ、前記アルミフォイルの変形抵抗に抗して作用する長手方向引張り応力を印加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷間圧延の最後のパスに関して、前記ロール表面(11)において、圧延方向に作られたレリーフ状の表面構造(11a)の平均粗さを、レーザビームによって減少させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミフォイル(4)を使用する際に、剥離剤(7)の割合によって、前記セキュリティ機能(6)のためのモチーフ(6´)を、前記アルミフォイル(1)の他方の表面側(2b)へ望ましく押し出すことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記閉じた噛み込み部(9´)におけるトライボロジ条件の故に、前記アルミフォイル(4)の物理的および/または化学的特性は、プロセスの最終製品(1)でも維持されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法で製造される、統合されたセキュリティ機能(6)を有するアルミフォイル(1)において、
前記セキュリティ機能(6)は、単位面積当たり高々30%の量で存在することを特徴とするアルミフォイル。 - 前記セキュリティ機能(6)は、文字、ファンタジー記号または線の形態で存在していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のアルミフォイル。
- 前記セキュリティ機能(6)は、フォイル表面の破壊によってのみ除去可能であることを特徴とする請求項5ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のアルミフォイル。
- 前記アルミフォイル(1)は、前記冷間圧延の最後のパスの後に、第1の、第2のまたは第3の次元の領域での形状変化を受けないことを特徴とする請求項5ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のアルミフォイル。
- 前記セキュリティ機能(6)の領域は、光沢なしに見えるが、前記表面(2a)は、方向性のあるテクスチャ(3)の故に光沢があることを特徴とする請求項5ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のアルミフォイル。
