Claims (5)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju aluminijske folije (1) s integriranim sigurnosnim značajkama (6), pri čemu je aluminijske folija (4) savijena u više prolaza kod hladnog valjanja, do debljine manje od 150 pm, a na obje strane (4a, 4b) aluminijske folije koja se proteže u smjeru valjanja istovremeno se proizvodi tekstura (5a, 5b), naznačen time, da najmanje dvije aluminijske folije (4) stvaraju labavu povezanost (8) te se kod posljednjeg hladnog valjanja dovodi par radnih valjaka (9), pri čemu se u smjeru valjanja proizvedena reljefna struktura (11a) smanjuje na najmanje jednoj površini valjka (11) pomoću oštrenja, a ovisno o kontrastu i motivu u području dometa (6') između 10 i 50% u odnosu na prosječno dostižnu visinu s ciljem da proizvede motiv za sigurnosnu značajku (6) koji se prebacuje na stranu (2a) aluminijske folije koja je okrenuta na površinu valjanja, pri čemu se razdvaja labava povezanost (8) aluminijskih folija (1, 4').
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se zadnje hladno valjanje provodi s zatvorenim međuprostorom valjka (9') i mješovitim rasponom trenja, te se prilagođava s parametrom koeficijenta trenja, dinamičkom viskoznosti ulja valjanja, brzinom valjanja i pritiskom valjanja na osnovi “Striebeck" krivulje, pri čemu uzdužno naprezanje djeluje protiv pritiska deformacije aluminijskih folija, te se istovremeno provodi na aluminijskoj foliji (4) na zatvorenom međuprostoru valjka (91).
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, što je reljefna podloga strukturiranja (11a) koje se proizvodi na površini valjka (11) u smjeru valjanja smanjena u odnosu na svoju prosječno dostižnu visinu pomoću laserskih zraka za posljednje hladno valjanje.
4. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da se motiv (6') za sigurnosnu značajku (6) ne pritiskuje slučajno preko na druge stranu (2b) od aluminijske folije (1) s obzirom na agent odvajanja (7) koji se koristi na aluminijske folije (4).
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da su fizička i / ili kemijska svojstva od aluminijske folije (4) također sačuvana u krajnjem proizvodu (1) zbog tribološkim uvjeta u zatvorenom međuprostoru valjka (9‘).
