Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un agente estabilizante de dispersión de proteína mimética adhesiva de mejillón para dispersar nanopartículas en un medio acuoso, una solución coloidal que incluye nanopartículas dispersadas y estabilizadas por el agente estabilizante de dispersión, y un agente de contraste que incluye la solución coloidal. Más particularmente, el estabilizador de dispersión de proteína mimética adhesiva de mejillón es un -injerto depolietilenimina (polietilenglicol; poliDOPA) -injerto de-PEI (PEG; PDOPA). El injerto de polímero se forma de dos partes. Una es polietilenglicol injertado con una polietilenimina la cual tiene una afinidad y un medio acuoso, y el otro es poliDOPA el cual tiene una afinidad a la superficie de nanoparticulas. Debido a estas características, el estabilizador muestra una dispersión estable de nanopartículas en el medio acuoso.
