Claims (7)
- 폴리(e-카프로락톤)을 소수성 블록으로 하고, 폴리에틸렌이민 및 폴리에틸렌옥사이드를 친수성 블록으로 하는 양친성 공중합체로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 고분자 베지클.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 폴리에틸렌이민 또는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드와 폴리(e-카프로락톤)가 에스테르 결합, 언하이드라이드 결합, 카바메이트 결합, 카보네이트 결합, 이민 또는 아미드 결합, 2차 아민결합, 우레탄 결합, 포스포디에스테르 결합 또는 하이드라존 결합을 통해 공유결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 베지클.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체에서 폴리(e-카프로락톤)과 폴리에틸렌이민 또는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드의 중량비가 100:1~1:2인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 베지클.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(e-카프로락톤)의 중량평균분자량이 1,000~100,000달톤임을 특징으로 하는 고분자 베지클.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌이민의 중량평균분자량이 100~2,000달톤임 을 특징으로 하는 고분자 베지클.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌옥사이드의 중량평균분자량이 500~ 5,000달톤임을 특징으로 하는 고분자 베지클.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 베지클은 50~1,000㎚의 평균입자 직경을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 고분자 베지클.
