Abstract

Se provee un método para la fabricación de un resorte que tiene una superficie pintada; siendo capaz el método de reducir el periodo de tiempo requerido para efectuar un proceso de horneo de la pintura y un proceso de recocción a baja temperatura, mientras se efectúan al mismo tiempo estos procesos. Este método de fabricación tiene un paso de calentar el resorte a una temperatura predeterminada (S12) y un paso de rociar pintura sobre una superficie del resorte y hornear la pintura mientras se enfría el resorte caliente, de acuerdo con un patrón de enfriamiento predeterminado (S14, S16). La temperatura predeterminada en el paso de calentamiento y el patrón de enfriamiento obtenido en el paso de aplicación de pintura, se fijan de tal manera que se efectúe un proceso de recocción a baja temperatura predeterminada en el resorte, en los pasos de calentamiento y aplicación de la pintura.
