Abstract
[Problema Técnico] Proporcionar un método para impartir un aroma y/o sabor a un producto alimenticio. [Solución al Problema] Una composición que imparte aroma y/o sabor que contiene cualquiera de (i) ácido decanoico, (ii) ácido octanoico, y (iii) cualquiera de uno o más de acetol, furfural, metiltetrahidrofuranona y 2-acetil- 5-metilfurano, en donde cuando la cantidad del (i) ácido decanoico que se incorpora es partes A en peso, la cantidad del (ii) ácido octanoico que se incorpora es partes B en peso y la cantidad total de (iii) acetol, furfural, metiltetrahidrofurano na y 2-acetil-5-metilfurano que se incorpora es partes C en peso y también cuando se hace un cálculo para dar A+B+C=100, entonces la adición al producto de bebida/alimenticio se conduce para dar una formulación mostrada por O=A=60, O=B=lOO, O=C=100, 3A+B=180.
