Abstract
Se provee un controlador y un método de control de una transmisión continuamente variable en donde el deslizamiento significativo de una banda puede evitarse durante el control de deslizamiento de banda cuando una precisión estimada del estado de deslizamiento de banda es bajo mientras asegura la reducción en el consumo de energía de impulsión debido a la disminución de la fricción de banda cuando la precisión estimada del estado de deslizamiento de banda es alto. El controlador de una transmisión continuamente variable de tipo de banda tiene una polea primaria (42), una polea secundaria (43) y una banda (44) y la relación de engrane de transmisión producido por la relación de enrollamiento de polea de la banda (44) entre las poleas controlando la presión de aceite primaria y la presión de aceite secundaria. Una transmisión continuamente variable con base de banda (4) comprende un medio de control de deslizamiento de banda (paso S3) para estimar un estado de deslizamiento de banda vibrando la presión de aceite secundaria monitoreando la diferencia de fases entre un componente de variación contenido en una presión de aceite secundaria real y un componente de vibración contenido en una relación de cambio de velocidad real y luego reduciendo la presión de aceite secundaria real de manera que mantiene un estado de deslizamiento de banda predeterminado y un medio para juzgar el permiso de control de deslizamiento de banda (paso S2) para permitir un control de deslizamiento de banda cuando una entrada de velocidad de variación de par de torsión al mecanismo de transmisión continuamente variable de tipo de banda (4) es menor que un valor predeterminado.
