Abstract
Se provee un dispositivo de control de transmisión continuamente variable con base en banda y un método de control con el cual se puede evitar que el deslizamiento de banda puede no permitir que el par de torsión de entrada a un mecanismo de transmisión continuamente variable de tipo de banda se vuelva excesivo en relación con la fuerza de pinzado de banda cuando el control normal se retorna del control de deslizamiento de banda. El dispositivo se equipa con una polea primaria (42), una polea secundaria (43) y una banda (44) y la relación de engrane de transmisión producido por la relación de enrollamiento de polea de la banda (44) se controla mediante el control de una presión hidráulica primaria y una presión hidráulica secundaria. El mecanismo de transmisión continuamente variable con base de banda (4) se provee con un medio de control normal (paso S1) que lleva a cabo el control normal para efectuar una presión hidráulica secundaria real que asegura una fuerza de pinzado de banda basado en el estad de operación, un medio de control de deslizamiento (paso S3) que lleva a cabo el control de deslizamiento de banda que reduce la presión hidráulica secundaria real mayor a aquella durante el control normal y un medio de control para retomar el control normal (paso 55) que restringe el régimen al cual el par de torsión de entrada cambia en la dirección de incremento del par de torsión de entada aplicado al mecanismo de transmisión continuamente variable con base en banda (4) durante un tiempo prescrito después de que se retorna el control normal del control de deslizamiento de banda.
