Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un método para la producción de tubos sin costura de metal, en particular de acero, según el cual se estira un lingote hueco caliente producido previamente mediante un tren de laminación de mandril de tres cilindros en una barra de mandril para formar un tubo madre y, antes de la entrada al tren de laminación de mandril, el lingote hueco es sometido a una etapa de laminación que uniforma el diámetro mediante una caja de laminación antepuesta. Se prevé en este caso que los cilindros de la caja de laminación antepuesta sean abiertas y cerradas en la misma medida que las cajas de deformación en el tren de laminación de mandril; el radio básico de calibre de los cilindros de la caja de laminación antepuesta se extiende sobre 60° y a éste sigue un radio de flanco con transición tangencial que es dimensionado de manera tal que, con el ajuste máximo de los cilindros en la región del flanco, no hay virtualmente reducción de diámetro del diámetro máximo de lingote hueco esperado.
