Claims (6)
1. Postupak proizvodnje metalnih bešavnih cijevi, posebno čeličnih, gdje se prethodno proizvedeni vrući šuplji ingot (odljevni blok) razvlači putem valjaonice cijevi s tri valjka na vretenu tako da se dobije roditeljska cijev i, prije prosljeđivanja u valjaonicu cijevi, šuplji ingot prolazi korak valjanja kojim se dobiva ravnomjeran promjer pomoću gornjeg stana (upstream), naznačen time što su valjci gornjeg stana otvoreni i zatvoreni u istoj mjeri kao i deformirajući stanovi valjaonice, bazni radijus prolaza valjaka gornjeg stana pruža se preko 60° i za tim radijusom slijedi bočni radijus s tangencijalnim prijelazom čije su dimenzije takve da su, čak i kod maksimalnog zatvaranja valjaka, u regiji gdje se ne očekuje da dolazi do smanjenja promjera najvećeg šupljeg ingota.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što su, za dani set šipki, svi stanovi valjaonice cijevi podešeni za istu količinu za dobivanje željene debljine stijenke niz valjaonicu, ova količina također odgovara postavci gornjeg stana.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 i 2, naznačen time što apsolutna vrijednost postavke gornjeg stana odgovara postavci prvog stana valjaonice cijevi.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 i 2, naznačen time što relativna vrijednost postavke gornjeg stana odgovara postavci prvog stana valjaonice cijevi.
5. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što je postavka gornjeg stana podešena prema postavkama prvog stana valjaonice cijevi tako da apsolutna vrijednost prosječnog oslobađanja u odnosu na šipku ostaje konstantna za raspon postavaka prvog stana.
6. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što bazni radijus prolaza ima ekscentričnost dimenzija takvih da postaju nula pri maksimalnom otvoru gornjeg stana.
