本发明公开了一种水平连铸黄铜管轧制工艺,通过水平连铸管坯→轧管机轧制坯管→拉伸形成所需的黄铜管,采用水平连铸直接形成管坯,通过冷轧管机的轧制形成坯管,冷轧管机的大加工率,纠正偏心,实现了水平连铸管坯轧成拉伸所需的坯管,通过3-4次的冷拉形成黄铜管,克服了反复12次拉伸造成黄铜管偏心的缺陷,提高了黄铜管成材率,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水平连铸黄铜管轧制工艺。
背景技术
现有黄铜管生产工艺是铸锭→挤压→拉伸,产品工艺路线长,增加生产工序,黄铜锭经过加热挤压形成黄铜管坯,管坯由于穿孔时针头弯曲变形,易产生偏心,进而降低黄铜管成材率,反复拉伸12次,造成黄铜管难以保持均匀,成品率一再降低,使生产成本居高不下。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种水平连铸黄铜管轧制工艺,克服现有技术的不足,减少生产工序,降低偏心率,提高黄铜管成材率。
为实现上述目的,本发明的水平连铸黄铜管轧制工艺是水平连铸管坯→轧管机轧制坯管→拉伸,水平连铸直接形成管坯,通过冷轧管机的轧制形成坯管,拉伸是通过3-4次的冷拉形成黄铜管。
本发明的水平连铸黄铜管轧制工艺与现有技术相比具有如下优异效果。
采用水平连铸直接形成管坯,通过冷轧管机的轧制形成坯管,冷轧管机的大加工率,纠正偏心,实现了水平连铸管坯轧成拉伸所需的坯管,通过3-4次的冷拉形成黄铜管,克服了反复12次拉伸造成黄铜管偏心的缺陷,提高了黄铜管成材率,降低了生产成本。
