Abstract

La invención se refiere al método para la producción de nanofibras de matrices d polímero, preparadas de biopolímeros de quitosán, a través del hilado en un campo electrostático, mientras esta matriz de polímero se está hilando desde una parte de la superficie del electrodo de hilado, hacia el electrodo de recolección. La matriz de polímero se prepara por disolución del biopolímero en un sistema de solventes, el cual comprende un ácido orgánico o inorgánico, seleccionado del grupo del ácido acético, en concentración del 30% al 90% del peso, ácido láctico, ácido maléico. ácido trihidrgen-fosfórico y sus mezclas, mientras la concentración del biopolímero está entre el 5 y el 25% del peso.
