一种苹果醋纤维及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种醋酸纤维,属于纤维技术领域。
背景技术
醋酸纤维素是一种非常易得的人造纤维,成本低,具有很好的编织性能,其比表面积大、无毒无害、抗霉;手感、舒适性、亲水性及透气性好都很好;可以用作混合肥或者焚烧掉,可以上色,可以干洗或水洗,而且通常不收缩。醋酸纤维素作为多孔膜材料,具有选择性高、透水量大、加工简单等特点。二醋酸纤维素可以加工成纤维和膜等材料,二醋酸纤维素丝束是一种再生纤维素,具有吸湿、吸附性好等特点。
醋酸纤维目前被广泛应用于香烟过滤嘴方面,在其它应用方面拓展较少。也有与其它材料混合制成混纺纱,如中国专利文献CN103243437A公开的《一种竹纤维、亚麻纤维和醋酸纤维的混纺纱》,包括下列成分:竹纤维30-40重量份、亚麻纤维30-40重量份和醋酸纤维20-30重量份。但是,醋酸纤维在美容日化行业的应用还未见诸文献报道。
故现有技术有待改进和发展。
发明内容
本发明针对现有醋酸纤维在应用方面存在的不足,提供一种能够应用于美容日化行业的苹果醋纤维,同时提供一种该苹果醋纤维的制备方法。
本发明的苹果醋纤维,包括二醋酸纤维素、丙酮、果酸和玻尿酸,二醋酸纤维素与丙酮的质量比为20-30%,果酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的3-10%,玻尿酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的0.05-0.5%。
上述苹果醋纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取二醋酸纤维素、丙酮、果酸和玻尿酸,其中二醋酸纤维素与丙酮的质量比为20-30%,果酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的3-10%,玻尿酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的0.05-0.5%;
(2)将二醋酸纤维素与丙酮混合,并过滤去除浆液中的杂质(二醋酸纤维中的杂质,及其中的半纤维等,丙酮等处带入的杂质,以及加料过程中带入的杂质),得到纯净浆液;
(3)在纯净浆液中加入乳酸或苹果酸,同时加入玻尿酸,混合均匀,制成混合浆液;
(4)对混合浆液溶喷或纺丝,获得苹果醋纤维成品。
上述苹果醋纤维可以加工成纤维和膜等材料(比如面膜、湿巾等),在具有吸湿、吸附性好的二醋酸纤维素中加入果酸及玻尿酸后,增强了二醋酸纤维的保湿功能,果酸的细小分子有着超强的渗透力,能快速渗透皮肤。利用果酸对人体表皮和真皮的良好作用,有效防止毛孔阻塞,使皮肤的含水量增加,皮肤变得紧实有弹性,细纹和皱纹也会跟着减少,改善痤疮,祛斑除皱。因玻尿酸的保水、锁水能力,可增强皮肤弹性,让肌肤长期保持在湿润的状态中,增强肌肤的保水能力。
本发明通过在二醋酸纤维素中添加果酸和玻尿酸,可以发挥果酸及玻尿酸的特殊功效,与纤维本身原有的吸湿、吸附性好的优点协同作用,使得纤维丝束具有水果香味,可以广泛应用于美容日化行业。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的苹果醋纤维中二醋酸纤维素与丙酮的质量比为20%,苹果酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的5%,玻尿酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的0.1%。其制备过程,包括以下步骤:
(1)将二醋酸纤维素与丙酮混合,制成含固量(二醋酸纤维素在浆液中的质量百分比)为20%的浆液,经过滤去除浆液中的杂质,得到更加纯净的浆液;
(2)在过滤后的浆液中加入苹果酸和玻尿酸,混合均匀,制成混合浆液;
(3)对混合浆液溶喷,获得具有水果香味的苹果醋纤维。
二醋酸纤维素可以加工成纤维和膜等材料,二醋酸纤维素丝束是一种再生纤维素,具有吸湿、吸附性好等特点。在二醋酸纤维素原有功能的基础上,加入果酸及玻尿酸后,增强了二醋酸纤维的保湿功能,果酸的细小分子有着超强的渗透力,能快速渗透皮肤。
果酸对表皮的作用:减少角质细胞间的桥粒连接,增进上皮细胞新陈代谢的速度,加速了老化角质细胞脱落,促使肌肤更新,也使的上皮细胞排列更为整齐,角质层于是变得光滑而细致。同时,果酸还能让毛孔周围的角化栓塞易于脱落,并畅通毛囊管,有效防止毛孔阻塞。果酸对真皮的作用:可刺激玻尿酸、黏多醣、胶原蛋白及弹力纤维的增生及重新排列,使皮肤的含水量增加,皮肤变得紧实有弹性,细纹和皱纹也会跟着减少。果酸对于皮肤的这些功能主要被用于改善痤疮,祛斑除皱。
使用含玻尿酸的面膜,因玻尿酸的保水、锁水能力,可增强皮肤弹性,让肌肤长期保持在湿润的状态中,增强肌肤的保水能力。
实施例2
本实施例的苹果醋纤维中,二醋酸纤维素与丙酮的质量比为30%(,乳酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的3%,玻尿酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的0.5%。
将二醋酸纤维素与丙酮混合,制成含固量为30%的浆液,经过滤得到纯净浆液;在浆液中加入乳酸和玻尿酸,混合均匀,制成混合浆液;对混合浆液纺丝,获得苹果醋纤维。
实施例3
本实施例的苹果醋纤维中,二醋酸纤维素与丙酮的质量比为25%,苹果酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的10%,玻尿酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的0.05%。
将二醋酸纤维素与丙酮制成含固量为25%的浆液,过滤得到纯净浆液;在浆液中加入苹果酸和玻尿酸,混合均匀,制成混合浆液;对混合浆液溶喷,获得苹果醋纤维。
实施例4
本实施例中,二醋酸纤维素与丙酮的质量比为28%,乳酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的7%,玻尿酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的0.3%。
将二醋酸纤维素与丙酮混合,制成含固量为28%的浆液,过滤后得到纯净浆液;在浆液中加入乳酸和玻尿酸,混合均匀,制成混合浆液;对混合浆液纺丝,获得苹果醋纤维。以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种苹果醋纤维,其特征是:包括二醋酸纤维素、丙酮、果酸、玻尿酸以及苹果酸,二醋酸纤维素与丙酮的质量比为20-30%,果酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的3-10%,玻尿酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的0.05-0.5%,苹果酸的质量为玻尿酸的质量的20-30%。
2.一种权利要求1所述苹果醋纤维的制备方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
(1)称取二醋酸纤维素、丙酮、果酸和玻尿酸,其中二醋酸纤维素与丙酮的质量比为20-30%,果酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的3-10%,玻尿酸的质量为二醋酸纤维素和丙酮质量总和的0.05-0.5%,苹果酸的质量为玻尿酸的质量的20-30%;
(2)将二醋酸纤维素与丙酮混合,并过滤去除浆液中的杂质(二醋酸纤维中的杂质,及其中的半纤维等,丙酮等处带入的杂质,以及加料过程中带入的杂质),得到纯净浆液;
(3)在纯净浆液中加入乳酸或苹果酸,同时加入玻尿酸,混合均匀,制成混合浆液;
(4)对混合浆液溶喷或纺丝,获得苹果醋纤维成品。
