Abstract

本发明公开了一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的面膜基布,该面膜基布同时含有壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的成分,壳聚糖的含量为1~90%,竹炭纤维的含量为1~90%。本发明面膜基布具有超强的吸附功能,可以清理皮肤上的PM 2.5或者金属离子等有害物质,起到深层清洁净化肌肤的作用,同时又有利于肌肤对营养成分的吸收。

技术领域
本发明涉及美容用品,具体涉及一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的面膜基布。
背景技术
面膜其利用覆盖在脸部的短暂时间,暂时隔离外界的空气与污染,提高肌肤温度,皮肤的毛孔扩张,促进汗腺分泌与新陈代谢,使肌肤的含氧量上升,有利于肌肤排除表皮细胞新陈代谢的产物和累积的油脂类物质,面膜中的水分渗入肌肤表皮的角质层,皮肤变得柔软,增加弹性。肌肤自然光亮有弹性,呈现好气色。
通常面膜大致可以分为水洗膜,无纺布,蚕丝膜,生物纤维。其多为用化学合成物为主要原料,不同的面膜其处理方法也不同,不同材料所制备的面膜浸泡在不同的液体里面具有不同的功能作用效果。目前环境中释放的PM 2.5或者金属离子等有害物质越来越多,沉积在人体皮肤表面的PM 2.5或者金属离子等有害物质也越来越多;然而目前市场上存的面膜,缺乏深度吸附去除沉积在人体皮肤表面的PM 2.5或者金属离子等有害物质的作用,即无法带来即滋养皮肤又具有深层清洁净化肌肤的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的面膜基布及其制备方法
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的面膜基布,所述面膜基布中含有1~90%wt壳聚糖,1~90%wt竹炭纤维。
进一步的,所述面膜基布中含有30~60%wt壳聚糖,30~60%wt竹炭纤维。
进一步的,所述面膜基布中还含有其他化妆品级化工纤维。
进一步的,其他化妆品级化工纤维包括棉纤维、腈纶纤维、粘胶纤维、蛋白纤维。
一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将现有竹炭纤维制作成竹炭纤维基布体;
2)将壳聚糖加入醋酸溶液中,制备成质量体积分数为5~10%w/v的壳聚糖溶液;将壳聚糖溶液静置5~20min、经100~150℃温度进行喷雾干燥获得壳聚糖微球;将壳聚糖微球溶于无水乙醇溶剂中制得壳聚糖微球溶液;
3)再将竹炭纤维基布体浸泡于壳聚糖微球溶液中,待基布浸透后,再烘干获得含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布。
一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将壳聚糖溶解在70~90%v/v的浓醋酸中,制备成质量体积分数为5~10%w/v的壳聚糖溶液;
2)取纳米颗粒的竹炭粉与上述壳聚糖溶液混合,再加入化妆品级化工纤维,混匀后制成纺丝流体,通过静电纺丝法制备得织物,即为含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布。
进一步的,步骤2)中,竹炭粉、壳聚糖、化妆品级化工纤维的质量比为(3~6):(3~6):(1~3)。
进一步的,化妆品级化工纤维包括棉纤维、腈纶纤维、粘胶纤维、蛋白纤维。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明含有壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的面膜基布具有超强的吸附功能,可以清理皮肤上的PM 2.5或者金属离子等有害物质,起到深层清洁净化肌肤的作用,同时又有利于肌肤对营养成分的吸收。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布的制备方法
1)将现有竹炭纤维以水刺法、交织法、针刺法或喷织法等生产工艺方法制作出竹炭纤维基布体;
2)将壳聚糖加入70%v/v的醋酸中,制备成质量体积分数为7%w/v的壳聚糖溶液;将壳聚糖溶液静置5-20分钟、经100~150℃温度进行喷雾干燥获得壳聚糖微球;将壳聚糖微球溶于无水乙醇溶剂中制得壳聚糖微球溶液;
3)再将竹炭纤维基布体浸泡于壳聚糖微球溶液中,待基布浸透后,再通过烘干窑炉进行烘干获得含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布。
实施例2一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布的制备方法
将竹子高温氧化煅烧成炭后制成纳米颗粒的炭粉,然后加入粘胶、腈纶纤维,再经近似常规纺丝工艺纺织出的纤维产品,是物理方法加化工方法制取。
1)将壳聚糖溶解在90%v/v的浓醋酸中,制备成质量体积分数为7%w/v的壳聚糖溶液;
2)配制5%w/v聚乙烯醇水溶液;
3)将竹子高温氧化煅烧成炭后制成纳米颗粒的竹炭粉,与上述壳聚糖溶液、聚乙烯醇水溶液混合,再加入粘胶,混匀后制成纺丝流体,通过静电纺丝法制备得织物,即含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布;其中竹炭粉、壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇和粘胶的质量比为4:4:1:1。
实施例3一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布的制备方法
将竹子高温氧化煅烧成炭后制成纳米颗粒的竹炭粉,然后加入粘胶、腈纶纤维,再经近似常规纺丝工艺纺织出的纤维产品,是物理方法加化工方法制取。
1)将壳聚糖溶解在70%v/v的浓醋酸中,制备成质量体积分数为7%w/v的壳聚糖溶液;
2)将竹子高温氧化煅烧成炭后制成纳米颗粒的炭粉,与上述壳聚糖溶液混合,再加入腈纶纤维,混匀后制成纺丝流体,通过静电纺丝法制备得织物,即含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布;其中竹炭粉、壳聚糖、腈纶纤维的质量比为4:5:1。
本发明制备含有壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的面膜基布具有超强的吸附功能,可以清理皮肤上的PM 2.5或者金属离子等有害物质,起到深层清洁净化肌肤的作用,同时又有利于肌肤对营养成分的吸收。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的面膜基布,其特征在于,所述面膜基布中含有1~90%wt壳聚糖,1~90%wt竹炭纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的面膜基布,其特征在于,所述面膜基布中含有30~60%wt壳聚糖,30~60%wt竹炭纤维。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的面膜基布,其特征在于,所述面膜基布中还含有其他化妆品级化工纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的面膜基布,其特征在于,其他化妆品级化工纤维包括棉纤维、腈纶纤维、粘胶纤维、蛋白纤维。
5.一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将现有竹炭纤维制作成竹炭纤维基布体;
2)将壳聚糖加入醋酸溶液中,制备成质量体积分数为5~10%w/v的壳聚糖溶液;将壳聚糖溶液静置5~20min、经100~150℃温度进行喷雾干燥获得壳聚糖微球;将壳聚糖微球溶于无水乙醇溶剂中制得壳聚糖微球溶液;
3)再将竹炭纤维基布体浸泡于壳聚糖微球溶液中,待基布浸透后,再烘干获得含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布。
6.一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将壳聚糖溶解在70~90%v/v的浓醋酸中,制备成质量体积分数为5~10%w/v的壳聚糖溶液;
2)取纳米颗粒的竹炭粉与上述壳聚糖溶液混合,再加入化妆品级化工纤维,混匀后制成纺丝流体,通过静电纺丝法制备得织物,即为含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维面膜基布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中,竹炭粉、壳聚糖、化妆品级化工纤维的质量比为(3~6):(3~6):(1~3)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的面膜基布,其特征在于,化妆品级化工纤维包括棉纤维、腈纶纤维、粘胶纤维、蛋白纤维。
9.一种面膜,其特征在于,该面膜含有权利要求1~8任一项所述的含壳聚糖和竹炭纤维的面膜基布。
