Abstract

本发明提供了一种锁水保湿面膜布的制备方法,属于护肤用品领域。本发明在亲水的无纺布表面制备了一层疏水涂层,沿无纺布织物厚度方向形成疏水‑亲水梯度,水在无纺布表面具有单向流动特性,使得制备得到的无纺布具有单向导水、锁水保湿功能。疏水涂层可以有效阻止面膜液的蒸发,使面膜液能够持续不断的被皮肤吸收,同时,包装袋中残留的面膜液可以由使用者涂抹在疏水涂层表面,在疏水涂层表面附着的面膜液可以自发地向亲肤层渗透,提高面膜液的利用率,制得的锁水保湿面膜布具有锁水、保湿功能。实施例的数据表明,本发明制得的锁水保湿面膜布上的液体残留量比普通面膜布增加50%以上,并且有效成分(胶原蛋白)残留量减少44%以上。

一种锁水保湿面膜布及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及护肤用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种锁水保湿面膜布及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
传统的面膜材料不具备锁水保湿功能,在面膜的使用过程中,附着在面膜上的面膜液极易挥发,造成面膜液有效成分减少,用户体验感变差,为维持面膜的有效使用时间,生产商需加大面膜液使用量,在一定程度上增加了生产成本;而且,在取用面膜后,包装袋内仍残留一部分面膜液,即使用户将其涂在面膜上,面膜液也只能停留在表层,而无法向亲肤层渗透,在一定程度上造成了面膜液的浪费。
现有的锁水保湿面膜主要分为两类。一类是将亲水材料和疏水材料通过水刺的方法进行复合,如中国专利CN201420864234.6公开了一种由纤维素与聚丙烯疏水层水刺复合制得一面吸水一面防水锁水微泡面膜无纺布,水刺法复合工艺复杂,且通过这种方法制备的面膜布一面吸水一面防水,防水层外的面膜液无法进入吸水层被皮肤吸收,在一定程度上也造成了面膜液的浪费。另一类是采用多种材料如亲肤层、锁水层和保水层等经过热压复合制得面膜布,这种方法采用多层复合,工艺复杂,不仅增加了面膜的厚度,而且降低了透气性和舒适性,如中国专利CN201620789920.0公开了以亲肤层、锁水层、保水层、亲肤层、锁水层、保水层通过热压复合成为面膜本体,与用户面部直接接触的亲肤层底部设有凝胶层,可以在使用过程中增加皮肤表面的水分,而锁水层则可以有效防止精华液内的水分在使用过程中被蒸发,因此具有锁水保湿功能。但是这类面膜布存在面膜液不能得到充分利用的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种锁水保湿面膜布及其制备方法和应用。本发明制得的锁水保湿面膜布可以使面膜液自发地向亲肤层渗透,提高面膜液的利用率。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种锁水保湿面膜布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机聚合物和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,得到聚合物溶液,所述有机聚合物包括聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚酯和醋酸纤维素中的一种或几种的混合物;
(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的聚合物溶液涂覆到无纺布的一面,得到锁水保湿面膜布。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中聚合物溶液的质量百分含量为1.5~5.5%。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中涂覆为喷雾喷涂或静电喷涂。
优选地,所述静电喷涂时:接收距离为10~20cm,推进速度为1.0~2.5mL/h,电压为10~25kV,滚筒转速为30~100rpm,喷涂时间为10~60min。
优选地,所述喷雾喷涂的喷涂量为0.5~2.5μL/cm2
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述制备方法得到的锁水保湿面膜布,包括无纺布层和涂覆在所述无纺布层单面的疏水涂层,所述疏水涂层为有机聚合物层,所述有机聚合物包括聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚酯和醋酸纤维素中的一种或几种的混合物。
优选地,所述无纺布层的厚度为150~250μm。
优选地,所述疏水涂层的厚度为40nm~3μm。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述锁水保湿面膜布在制备面膜中的应用。

本发明提供了一种锁水保湿面膜布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将有机聚合物和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,得到聚合物溶液,所述有机聚合物包括聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚酯和醋酸纤维素中的一种或几种的混合物,将得到的聚合物溶液涂覆到无纺布的一面,得到锁水保湿面膜布。本发明在亲水的无纺布表面制备了一层疏水涂层,沿无纺布织物厚度方向形成疏水-亲水梯度,水在无纺布表面具有单向流动特性,使得制备得到的无纺布具有单向导水、锁水保湿功能。制得的锁水保湿面膜布在干燥情况下具有疏水表面,水滴可以在疏水涂层表面滚动。在无纺布未涂覆聚合物溶液的一面润湿的情况下,当水滴在疏水涂层表面上时,水可以从疏水涂层自发地向未涂覆聚合物溶液的一面渗透;当水滴在未涂覆聚合物溶液的一面上时,水只能在未涂覆聚合物溶液的一面扩散,而不能透过疏水涂层。在使用过程中,亲肤层为未疏水涂层,即原始无纺布,其中充满面膜液,疏水涂层可以有效阻止面膜液的蒸发,使面膜液能够持续不断的被皮肤吸收,同时,包装袋中残留的面膜液可以由使用者涂抹在疏水涂层表面,在疏水涂层表面附着的面膜液可以以水为载体,自发地向亲肤层渗透,及时补充被皮肤吸收的面膜液,提高面膜液的利用率。实施例的数据表明,本发明制得的锁水保湿面膜布上的液体残留量增加50%以上,并且有效成分(胶原蛋白)残留量减少44%以上。
进一步地,本发明制得的锁水保湿面膜布的疏水层厚度为微纳米级,不影响无纺布本身的柔软性和舒适性,且透气性良好,能够带给用户最佳的体验。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种锁水保湿面膜布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机聚合物和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,得到聚合物溶液,所述有机聚合物包括聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚酯和醋酸纤维素中的一种或几种的混合物;
(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的聚合物溶液涂覆到无纺布的一面,得到锁水保湿面膜布。
本发明中,所述有机聚合物能够在无纺布的一面形成疏水涂层,沿无纺布织物厚度方向形成疏水-亲水梯度,水在无纺布表面具有单向流动特性,使得制备得到的无纺布具有单向导水、锁水保湿功能。图1为本发明制得的锁水保湿面膜布的锁水保湿原理图,本发明制得的锁水保湿面膜布在干燥情况下具有疏水表面,水滴可以在疏水涂层表面滚动。在无纺布未涂覆聚合物溶液的一面润湿的情况下,当水滴在疏水涂层表面上时,水可以从疏水涂层自发地向未涂覆聚合物溶液的一面渗透;当水滴在未涂覆聚合物溶液的一面上时,水只能在未涂覆聚合物溶液的一面扩散,而不能透过疏水涂层。在使用过程中,亲肤层为未疏水涂层,即原始无纺布,其中充满面膜液,疏水涂层可以有效阻止面膜液的蒸发,使面膜液能够持续不断的被皮肤吸收,同时,包装袋中残留的面膜液可以由使用者涂抹在疏水涂层表面,在疏水涂层表面附着的面膜液可以自发地向亲肤层渗透,及时补充被皮肤吸收的面膜液,提高面膜液的利用率。
本发明将有机聚合物和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,得到聚合物溶液,所述有机聚合物包括聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚酯和醋酸纤维素中的一种或几种的混合物。在本发明中,所述聚合物溶液的质量百分含量优选为1.5~5.5%,更优选为2~4%,最优选为2.5%。本发明中,所述有机聚合物优选包括聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯、聚偏氟乙烯或聚酯。当所述有机聚合物为混合物时,本发明对所述混合物中各有机聚合物的用量没有特殊的限定,采用任意质量比的混合物即可。
得到聚合物溶液后,本发明将所述聚合物溶液涂覆到无纺布的一面,得到锁水保湿面膜布。在本发明中,所述涂覆优选为喷雾喷涂或静电喷涂。
在本发明中,当所述涂覆为静电喷涂时,具体操作优选为用双面胶将无纺布固定在静电纺丝机的滚筒上,然后用聚合物溶液进行静电纺丝。在本发明中,所述静电喷涂的接收距离优选为10~20cm,更优选为15cm;推进速度优选为1.0~2.5mL/h,更优选为1.5~2.0mL/h;电压优选为10~25kV,更优选为15~20kV;滚筒转速优选为30~100rpm,更优选为60~80rpm;喷涂时间优选为10~60min,更优选为30~40min。
在本发明中,当所述涂覆为喷雾喷涂时,所述喷雾喷涂的喷涂量优选为0.5~2.5μL/cm2,更优选为1~1.8μL/cm2。本发明对所述喷雾喷涂的具体方式没有特殊的限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的传统喷雾方式即可。

在本发明中,所述无纺布层的厚度优选为150~250μm,更优选为180~220μm,最优选为200μm。
在本发明中,所述疏水涂层的厚度优选为40nm~3μm,更优选为200~600nm。
本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述锁水保湿面膜布在制备面膜中的应用。
在本发明中,所述无纺布未涂覆疏水涂层的一侧为亲肤层。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的锁水保湿面膜布及其制备方法和应用进行详细的说明,但是不能把它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
将适量聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯(PVDF-HPF)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)放入锥形瓶中,60℃水浴搅拌8h,制备得到浓度为2.5%的聚合物溶液,将溶液放入注射器中备用。用双面胶将厚度为150μm的无纺布固定在静电纺丝机的滚筒上,设置喷涂参数:接收距离为15cm,推进速度为2mL/h,电压为15kV,滚筒转速为60rpm,喷涂时间为20min。将单面喷涂处理的无纺布取下,即得到具有锁水保湿功能的面膜布,疏水涂层的厚度为400nm。
对实施例1制得的锁水保湿面膜布和原始无纺布进行场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)分析,结果如图2所示,其中a为原始无纺布的FESEM谱图,无纺布纤维表面光滑,b为实施例1制得的锁水保湿面膜布的FESEM谱图,纤维表面分布有微纳米小球,纤维表面粗糙。
将实施例1制得的锁水保湿面膜布用于吸收模拟实验,实验方法为:将制备得到的锁水保湿面膜布裁剪成15cm*15cm的样品,将样品在胶原蛋白溶液中浸泡30min,使锁水保湿面膜布充分吸收胶原蛋白溶液,称重,质量为m10,然后将吸收胶原蛋白后的面膜布平铺到已提前干燥的多孔海绵上。30分钟后,取下锁水保湿面膜布再次称重,质量为m11,面膜液质量减少百分比按以下公式计算:Δm1(%)=(m10-m11)/m10,最后将面膜残留的面膜液挤出,取0.5g定容至250ml容量瓶中,通过紫外可见分光光度计测试胶原蛋白的吸光度值,记录为A1,经计算,Δm1(%)=53%,A1=2.29。
实施例2
将适量醋酸纤维素和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)放入锥形瓶中,60℃水浴搅拌8h,制备得到浓度为5.5%的聚合物溶液,将溶液放入注射器中备用。用双面胶将厚度为250μm的无纺布固定在静电纺丝机的滚筒上,设置喷涂参数:接收距离为20cm,推进速度为1mL/h,电压为20kV,滚筒转速为100rpm,喷涂时间为10min。将单面喷涂处理的无纺布取下,即得到具有锁水保湿功能的面膜布,疏水涂层的厚度为166nm。
将实施例2制得的锁水保湿面膜布用于吸收模拟实验,实验方法为:将制备得到的锁水保湿面膜布裁剪成15cm*15cm的样品,将样品在胶原蛋白溶液中浸泡30min,使面膜布充分吸收胶原蛋白溶液,称重,质量为m20然后将面膜布平铺到已提前干燥好的多孔海绵上。30分钟后,取下面膜再次称重,质量为m21,面膜液质量减少百分比按以下公式计算:Δm2(%)=(m20-m21)/m20。最后将面膜残留的面膜液挤出,取0.5g定容至250ml容量瓶中,通过紫外可见分光光度计测试胶原蛋白的吸光度值,记录为A2,经计算,Δm2(%)=52%,A2=2.36。
实施例3
将适量醋酸纤维素、聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)放入锥形瓶中,醋酸纤维素和聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯的质量比为1:1,60℃水浴搅拌8h,制备得到浓度为1.5%的聚合物溶液,将溶液放入容器中备用。用传统喷雾的方式在双面胶单面喷涂聚合物溶液,喷涂量为1.8μL/cm2,即得到具有锁水保湿功能的面膜布,疏水涂层的厚度为3μm。
将实施例2制得的锁水保湿面膜布用于吸收模拟实验,实验方法为:将制备得到的锁水保湿面膜布裁剪成15cm*15cm的样品,将样品在胶原蛋白溶液中浸泡30min,使锁水保湿面膜布充分吸收胶原蛋白溶液,称重,质量为m30然后将面膜布平铺到已提前干燥好的多孔海绵上。30分钟后,取下面膜再次称重,质量为m31,面膜液质量减少百分比按以下公式计算:Δm3(%)=(m30-m31)/m30。最后将面膜残留的面膜液挤出,取0.5g定容至250ml容量瓶中,通过紫外可见分光光度计测试胶原蛋白的吸光度值,记录为A1,经计算,Δm3(%)=51%,A3=2.41。
对比例
仅使用无纺布用于吸收模拟实验,实验方法为:将普通面膜布裁剪成15cm*15cm的样品,将样品浸泡在胶原蛋白溶液中浸泡30min,使面膜布充分吸收胶原蛋白溶液,称重,质量为m0,然后将面膜布平铺到已提前干燥好的多孔海绵上。30分钟后,取下面膜再次称重,质量为m1面膜液质量减少百分比按以下公式计算:Δm(%)=(m1-m0)/m0。最后将面膜残留的面膜液挤出,取0.5g定容至250ml容量瓶中,通过紫外可见分光光度计测试胶原蛋白的吸光度值,记录为A4,经计算,Δm3(%)=34%,A4=4.33。
本发明制得的锁水保湿面膜布上的液体残留量增加50%以上,并且经计算,有效成分(胶原蛋白)残留量与对比例相比,减少了44%以上。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种锁水保湿面膜布的制备方法,具体为以下步骤:
将聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺放入锥形瓶中,60℃水浴搅拌8h,制备得到浓度为2.5%的聚合物溶液,将溶液放入注射器中备用,用双面胶将厚度为150μm的无纺布固定在静电纺丝机的滚筒上,设置喷涂参数:接收距离为15cm,推进速度为2mL/h,电压为15kV,滚筒转速为60rpm,喷涂时间为20min,将单面喷涂处理的无纺布取下,即得到具有锁水保湿功能的面膜布,疏水涂层的厚度为400nm。
