面膜市场目前已经成为我国日化行业增长最快的细分市场之一,根据尼尔森零售研究数据,中国面膜市场销售规模达到百亿元人民币,年复合增长率非常高,面膜的发展速度之快与其功效息息相关,面膜可以同时解决肌肤的5大问题:保湿、美白、控油、抗敏感和抗衰老,而日常护肤品往往只针对其中的部分问题,无法全面的快速改善肌肤状况,面膜利用覆盖在脸部的短暂时间,暂时隔离外界的空气和污染,提高肌肤温度和扩张毛孔,促进汗腺分泌与新陈代谢,使肌肤含氧量上升,面膜中的水分渗入肌肤角质层,使其变得柔软,增加弹性,面膜中的胶黏性成分或分装吸附剂能黏附皮肤表面和毛孔中的污垢、代谢废物和过多的油脂等,并将其彻底清除,面膜的形式主要有泥膏型、撕拉型、冻胶型、湿纸巾型四种,泥膏型面膜常见的有海藻面膜、矿泥面膜等,撕拉型面膜最常见的就是黑头粉刺专用鼻贴,冻胶型以睡眠面膜最为出名,湿纸巾式一般就是单片包装的浸润着美容液的面膜纸,由一层平整的无纺布和定型贴纸粘贴构成,伴随着美容科技的发展,出现了一种以蚕丝制成的面膜,严格来说,应当归入湿纸巾型面膜中,美容日化行业的日益发展,促进了面膜技术的更新换代,所有不仅仅对面料中乳液的要求也日益增高,同时对面膜面料的要求也越来越高,不仅要保证面料的舒适性,吸水性还要高韧性,耐拉性等等,所以现在设计一种高韧性面膜面料的制备方法来满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高韧性面膜面料的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高韧性面膜面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:准备以下组分重量比的原料:20-30重量份的竹炭纤维,20-30重量份的芦荟纤维,15-30重量份的粘胶纤维,1-3重量份的微晶纤维素,0.5-2重量份增韧剂,0.1-3重量份柔软剂;
S2:选取竹炭纤维,芦荟纤维,分别放入容器中进行高温蒸煮,5-10分钟,进行降温后分别放入盛有无水乙醇的容器中浸泡10-15分钟,捞出沥干;
S3:将处理过的竹炭纤维,芦荟纤维,粘胶纤维,微晶纤维素放入搅拌机中进行搅拌混合,混合充分后放入反应釜中,向反应釜中添加适量的盐酸溶液,调节PH值到5-6,增温至70-80度,捞出烘干;
S4:对处理后的混合纤维进行松球处理;
S5:向松球后的混合纤维加入保湿剂、柠檬酸钠和硬脂酸甘油酯,使用超声仪进行超声震荡,然后进行混条;
S6:对混合纤维进行并合梳理欠伸、前道针梳,然后用混条机将纤维拉长拉细,梳理平直;
S7:向S6中处理后的纤维条中加入柔软剂和增韧剂,搅拌并进行超声震荡;
S8:超声震荡后的纤维通过牵引机拉伸得到拉伸纤维,将拉伸纤维置于卷曲机中,卷曲得到高韧性面料,经过去毛、裁切得到成品面膜面料。
优选的,所述S1中粘胶纤是以木材、芦苇、棉短绒的纤维素为原料,经化学加工制成的,为短丝纤维。

2、本发明采用了粘胶纤维作为原料的一部分,汲取了该纤维具有很好的吸湿性透气性和良好拉伸性,能够提高面膜面料的延展性,同时添加了增韧剂,提高了面料的韧度;
3、本发明通过在制作面料过程中加入了柠檬酸钠,能够提高面膜的稳定性能,添加了硬脂酸甘油酯,能够增加面膜的去油吸污的功能。
